items I have made and/or received from my many net friends. This is also to inform people about myself.

Let me introduce myself!! My name is Carol Allouche. I live in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I was born in a small
town in Iowa a VERY long time ago!!! In 1998, I moved to Canada and married the most wonderful man in the
world, Gilles. I have a teenage daughter from a previous marriage, Andrea, who keeps us on our toes. The other
member of our little family is our cat, Mittens..the true boss of the house.

I have always loved to do many different crafts. Recently I have begun to think that I'm more of an "artist" than a
crafter. I began doing crafts at an early age..my early teens. My first step was sewing, followed by knitting,macrame
and quilting, all done in the early teen years, but we won't mention how many years ago that was. In my 20's, a
began to crochet, tat, counted cross stitch and a few other things, which these days memory doesn't serve me. In
1998, I found a new passion--rubberstamping. The rubberstamping opened many new doors for me which includes
altered books and other altered items, art journaling, bookmaking and scrapbooking..as in memory books.
I consider all the things I do as my passions. Part of my passion is to collect objects to help me out. These collections
include paper...I do drool when I see really cool paper, inks, paints, fabric(it does not help working in a fabric
store!!!!), CDs and a few other items. My co-workers think I'm a junk collector!!! I really do hope you enjoy my
work as much as I do!!!
